Whatever your fitness needs, Kidzhaven has an exercise programs for you. Regardless of whether you want to lose weight, tone-up, build muscles, prepare for a race, or increase stamina we can help you be successful. All of our personalized workouts include cardio, strength training, and stretching exercises. Our fitness programs truly are personalized and customized for you! And unlike other fitness programs that take your money and then forget about you, Kidzhaven will be there with you through every step. You'll receive weekly encouragement and tips from your certified personal trainer. Also, you'll have access to our workout accountability system to help you stay accountable to your trainer and, more importantly, yourself. Plus, your workout log will be used by your trainer to evaluate your programs weekly to ensure they are always working for you. Researchers have found that exercisers who are accountable to a trainer or a partner are more successful in reaching their fitness goals.
Also, researchers have found that an exercise program is more successful if it includes variety and continually challenges the body to work hard. Kidzhaven programs utilize this concept. Our personalized workouts include loads of variety and frequent changes to keep your mind from burning out and your body from adapting and hitting a plateau, which can cause you to stop losing weight and/or gaining muscle.
We know how it is... you're taught a specific exercise but once you get home you can't remember exactly how to do it. As a Kidzhaven member, you will have access to a library of exercise demos 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via CD. Each CD will include demonstrations and instructions on how to perform the exercise move properly. So, you'll never have to worry that you aren't using the proper technique.
Don't have much free time available for working out? Can't workout during "normal" hours? No problem. We can design an effective program for someone who wants to workout everyday or someone who can only workout a couple of days a week, and you decide when the right time is for YOU to workout.
